Financial Education Platform
THE CHALLENGE
- Our client wanted help to build an application that provides users with financial education resources, such as tutorials, articles, and interactive tools.
- The purpose of this application was to help users improve their financial literacy, make better financial decisions, and achieve their financial goals
- The client also realized that many young people fall into a credit trap, they do not know how to manage their financial resources; This helped them identify a gap in the market for financial personalized guidance including features like individual plan for financial management, weak points analysis of the things in the current situation, pieces of advice to adjust financial performance in the future, etc.
- They also wanted to ensure that they partner with a third party that will support to implement the latest technologies that will help provide high-end security measure and avoid any type of fraud or theft
THE SOLUTION & IMPACT
- Our UX and development teams worked closely with the client to identify the target audience and ran a competitor analysis. They came to the conclusion that there are many resources on the Internet, but they don’t offer the most optimal solution for solving this problem
- The first step in the beginning of the development of the application interface was the creation of lo-fi wireframes, which helped to understand the initial structure of the application. The next step was to develop high fidelity wireframes to focus more on the application experience
- The development team created the back end and MVP while working with the UX team on the main design including start screen, topics, lessons and tests. Additionally, they built a statistics functionality which allows users to see their progress in comparison with others
